WOW PARADE CONCEPTUAL LAYOUT
The parade is thematically
related to Washington Avenue as an historic transportation corridor.
The parade is organized
chronologically with appropriate modes of transportation incorporated into each historical
era. The delineation might be by decade beginning with the Republic and terminating in the
present resulting in 17 divisions. If each division occupies approximately 1 block in length,
the entire parade should fill the Avenue from Bonner Street to the Roundabout.
